Introduction
This is a one year programme covering all aspects of food and beverage service and sales techniques. Students are exposed to all types of restaurant service, bar operations and food and beverages knowledge.
In addition to theoretical learning, this course entails intensive practical training at both the Institute and its application hotel. The course also includes compulsory six months workplace learning.

Duration: 1 Year 6 months
Applicants should have Malawi School Certificate of Education with at 3 credits including English for the Diploma Programmes and 2 credits including English for Certificate Programmmes
For Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, applicants should have work experience of 2 years at supervisory position
