Introduction

This is a one year programme that prepares students to effectively work in any department of the hospitality establishments as receptionists, kitchen personnel, Food & Beverage personnel, Housekeeping personnel 

During the course of training, students undergo extensive practical training both at the Institute and its application hotel. The course also includes a compulsory three months industrial attachment.

Tuition: MK 330,000 per semester 

Duration: 1 year

Applicants should have Malawi School Certificate of Education with at 3 credits including English for the Diploma Programmes and 2 credits including English for Certificate Programmmes

For Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management, applicants should have work experience of 2 years at supervisory position
