MIT will be hosting its 15th Graduation Ceremony on 18th November, 2022 from 8:00 am at Kwacha Events and Leisure Garden in Blantyre. Rehearsals will take place on 17th November at the same venue from 12:00 noon. The graduation will encompass years from 2018 to 2022. Below is a list of graduating classes;
- Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (Weekend and Generic)
- Diploma in Professional Cookery
- Diploma in IATA
- Certificate in Professional Cookery
- Certificate in Food Production
- Certificate in Food and Beverage Services
- Certificate in Hotel Operations
- Certificate in Front Office Operations
- Certificate in Front Office and Accommodation
- Certificate in Accommodation Operations
Graduation fees are K25,000 for Diploma students and K20,000 for certificate students. The graduation fee MUST be deposited into: Malawi Institute of Tourism Account, 808156 (National Bank of Malawi, Victoria Avenue). Closing date for making deposits is 11th November, 2022.
Students who did not fulfill the requirements to the award of a Certificate will not be allowed to graduate. Students with fees balances will not allowed to graduate.
